The Entire Set

I made a collection for JUST the birth flowers so you can view them all at once even after they get pushed off my front page. As they sell the plan is to replace them in different styles or with the alternate flowers for the months that have alternates. Of course as with all AF collections there's a handy "Buy the entire collection" button if you want them all!

Fabric ditzy patterns on spoonflower are being worked on (the designs are up, but I am waiting till I have a full book to order before turning them on, so you can see them, here, but they are not for sale yet)

Okay so, the other night...

I could not get to sleep. After trying unsuccessfully to go to sleep for the better part of the night, I was watching some old SNL from the 70's on DVD, and kind of doodling away. Then this happened. So it's

sort of a 70's inspired energy-sink of a doodle to try and clear my head so I could get to sleep. Not the best inspiration for something, but they can't all be the Pietà.

This "Thing" refused to be called anything else. I've been sitting here for 3 days now trying to come up with a better name for it and failing. It wants to be called "Thing" and I am gonna go with that.

Sunburst

I really liked the way the bookmark I did yesterday turned out, especially the way the sun looked when I was done. So I decided to do an ACEO of just the Sun.

 A little bright, possibly OVERLY cheerful; but silly, fun and happy never hurts!

I was feeling a little whimsey-ish today, so here is a serious portrait of a silly chicken.

Three day's worth

The facebook fanpage is having issues.
They have this new picture uploader, that does a cool thing with a  hitch,

The cool thing is that it reads the file info you put in the photo in PS (which is where I embed the copyright notice and info on the piece) And automatically uses that as the caption, which saves me a step when I am uploading things.

HOWEVER the hitch is they automatically strip out the © symbol, so I have to add that in by hand. I don't care for the practice of stripping ut the copyright symbol, I think it's kind of shady. But there you go. Not much I can do but add it back in.

Today, independant of that, it's not even loading.

Still mulling over my options on originals, ArtFire gave my e-mail address to a scammer so I am not happy with them at this point. Also the daily high pressure "BECOME PRO ACCOUNT" e-mails are getting more than a little annoying.

At this point, If you see something you like and want the original of, comment on the post and I will make a listing at etsy for it reserved for you and send you the link. etsy may suck on a lot of levels, but they have never given out my e-mail to a scammer and they do work well as a shopping cart.
